There have been many times when I have been out and about and want to say "thank you" to the folks in uniform. I feel as though I would either say something totally stupid or would my eyes would well up and I wouldn't be able to say anything...so I don't say anything at all. Now, after I watched this video, I can say thank you with a small gesture...
